The first step is a confidential chat, whether that be over the phone, by zoom, at home or in the office, we start with discussing what you’d like to do.

We (or you) complete a fact find, which is a detailed questionnaire that asks for everything we need in order to help and advise you. There will be more discussions and then we’ll come up with some options for you to consider. It’s as straight forward as that.

  • Is everything we discuss private and confidential?

    Yes, absolutely. Everything is private and confidential and protected by the Data Protection Act.

  • Do I have to pay your for this initial consultation?

    No, there is no charge for the first meeting / discussion. This is at my expense and at no cost to you.

  • Will you need to see my payslips?

    Yes, we will need sight of your payslips, P60, accounts (if self employed) and other documentation but this is all secure and protected.
